Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All sessions that are booked must have retainer paid in full before the session is deemed reserved. Unless otherwise stated your spot may be held for 24 hours and released for another potential client. Retainer fees are 50% of the session price. The other portion of your session fees are due either day before services or day of services. You may cancel up to 5 days before your scheduled session. Any cancellation after 5 days before the session will result in your retainer forfeiture and becomes non refundable.

Excusal clause for retainer 

• If you have a sudden loss of a loved one
• the weather is bad
• road conditions are dangerous
• you or a loved one in your immediate family has become hospitalized. 

The retainer is still valid on these circumstances and can still be refunded. Other factors are up to the discretion of the photographer.
